Brassworks has specialized in architectural hardware and high end fireplace equipment for over thirty years. As you know there are many sources of this type of product, but we take a very unique approach, and don't consider ourselves merely suppliers of product; rather, we embrace the entire management of the hardware/fireplace package, from initial design through final installation and punch list. We readily assume the many responsibilities that go along with processing these complicated orders, such as assigning a dedicated project manager who acts as a single point of contact, generating our own specifications and schedules, providing on-site support, corresponding with all players such as the suppliers, architects, designers, the builder, and homeowner, maintaining electronic files of all correspondences, to just name a few.
